This position requires positive interaction with our customers, showroom personnel and outside service companies. Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Placing service calls via email and direct fax.
• Handling incoming and outgoing phone call regarding various customer service issues.
• Problem solving and researching customer information.
• Data entry on our internal IBMi computer system.

This position includes, but is not limited to:

• Traveling to a customer's home to diagnose and repair a full line of appliances with the use of a Company van, mobile phone, uniforms, laptop computer, any necessary parts and all the specialty tools necessary to complete the repairs needed.
• Providing superior customer service while working in the customer's home and upholding the P.C. Richard & Son 100 year reputation of "Honesty, Integrity and Reliability."

The In-Home TV Service Technician position includes, but is not limited to:

• Traveling to a customer's home to diagnose and repair all major brands of Flat Screen Televisions with the use of a Company van, mobile phone, uniforms, tablet computer, any necessary parts, personal protective equipment, and all the specialty tools necessary to complete the repairs.
• Providing superior customer service while working in the customer's home and upholding the P.C. Richard & Son 111-year reputation of "Honesty, Integrity and Reliability".
