The Sales Position includes but is not limited to:

• Helping customers select merchandise by explaining the features and benefits of each product.
• Selling extended service protection and installations on selected merchandise.
• Gaining product and sales knowledge through various manufacturer and in-house training programs.
• Entering the sale in our computerized Point of Sale system, including customer, product, pricing, delivery, order status and payment information. Follow up on open order through completion.
• Promoting our P.C. Richard and Son credit card and processing the applications through a computerized program.
• Providing excellent customer service before, during and after the sale in person and over the telephone.

The Tractor Trailer Driver position includes, but is not limited to:

• Transferring merchandise from our Distribution Center located in Carteret, NJ to and from our Showrooms throughout the State.
• Unloading product off the truck at the scheduled showroom and loading product on the truck to go back to the Carteret warehouse.
• Moving Straight Trucks and Tractor Trailers within the yard and/or other facilities as they are loaded and unloaded.

The position of Warehouse Floor Operator includes, but is not limited to:

• General Labor within warehouse facility.
• Load and unload merchandise from incoming and outgoing tractor trailers.
• Moving, pulling and stacking merchandise within warehouse facility.
• Operate the stand-up picker machine.
• Maintain physical inventory of an assigned area of the warehouse.
• General maintenance of an assigned area of the warehouse.

Job Duties Include but is not limited to:

• Handling high volume of phone calls relating to home delivery and installations.
• Dispatching between Delivery Drivers, Showrooms and Corporate Offices.
• Assisting all delivery and installation teams who are out on the road.
• Assisting showrooms with dating delivery tickets and trouble shooting.
• Checking in Delivery Drivers upon return from their run.
• Counting and balancing cash and checks collected as COD payments handed in by Delivery Drivers.
• Producing and generating next day delivery paperwork.
• Matching invoices against run sheets to ensure merchandise is loaded on truck.
• Processing insurance requests for home delivery and installation deliveries.
